Instead of looking into who changed the “talking points’ we should be looking into what was changed. The CIA believed it was a terrorist attack of some type. Some HOW & WHEN did the rioting crowd and the video become information. It was added somewhere between the CIA report and Rice’s comments. Someone or someones had to purposely add the theory.
