Who’s angry black eyes, Obama’s or the General’s?
Zippy’s eyes look angry. (For him that’s pretty normal. He’s a petty angry small man.)
Petraeus looks like he is watching Zippy closely. It’s a look that says “I don’t trust this guy and need to keep an eye on him.” Or maybe “I have no idea what he might do or say next but I doubt it will be good.”
