This isn’t spite: it’s cheaper to pay the Obamacare tax fee than to foot the bill for the insurance. The people probably will get paid a little more however. And the pizza price won’t go up.”
Higher tax costs are just like an increase in the price of cardboard pizza boxes. In either case, it’s an increase in cost of goods sold and will be passed along to the purchaser of the pizza.
The tax is less (now) than the insurance plans they’re dumping.
