My family is all in the Tyler area, and west Texas (Odessa, El Paso). I think Texans ought to make a concerted effort to get Austin back, because like a bad virus, once those liberals infect your capital, they start spreading.

My opinion of Austin is this. They have great pride in being weird and are so in great numbers. But, here’s the catch... if everyone is weird, doesn’t that become the new “normal.” It’s easy to be “weird” when everyone else is. To me, weird is different, not like everyone else.
