You can recruit foreign born people to the Republican standard and you can teach conservative principles to them as well. I do it all the time and I live in Fairfax County!

Government employees are only 1 out of 7, and a great number of them are hard core Conservatives.

Do people imagine government employees absorb leftwingtard stupidity through government jobs? Actually, when you are in the belly of the beast you see the waste, nonsense, stupidity and sheer thievery propagated by the Democrats. What makes you think people who work there are necessarily dishonest?

We would like to deport the crowd from Jersey ~ they don't give up the old ways.

Now, about the demographics, if you don't get people registered who are reasonably aligned with Republican thinking, they are not going to vote Republican! The dead and injured must be replaced!

I also live in Fairfax County. Did you check the election day results? In 2008 Obama won with by over 110,000 votes. I sat as a poll watcher all day yesterday. Immigrants and minorities vote Democrat.

The top three employers in Fairfax County (2010) are the FC public schools (22,850), the USG (17,370), and the county government (11,184). There are 31,000 students enrolled in ESOL--an increase of a third from the year before. We had the ballot in Spainish and English in Fairfax County--the first time in history. Kerry won Fairfax County in 2004, the first time in over 40 years.

Now, about the demographics, if you don't get people registered who are reasonably aligned with Republican thinking, they are not going to vote Republican! The dead and injured must be replaced!

Easier said than done. Most people inherit their political party in much the same way they do with religion. Blacks still vote over 90% for the Dems regardless of the candidate's race. They have 14% unemployment and lousy schools, but they eschew their personal interests to remain members of the tribe.
