Current Florida figures: Florida (29) 8:00 PM EST* Vote in: 26% Obama 51% 1,171,578 Romney 48 %1,104,991 Ouch. Can someone from Florida explain what the early vs late vote counts look like in the state, Conservative vs Liberal?

I’m seeing tweets that state that the turnout in the Southern part of the state is so heavy that they may not have the votes tabulated until morning.
?????
Oh come on.
Florida can’t go O.... just can’t...
sheesh
Central time florida is conservative, they are still voting.
However, if ROmney loses Florida, God help us all :(
ITS EARLY..as my cousin would say..chillax..its going to be fine Romney will win Florida
Pensacola and Tallahassee on different time zone. HEAVY Republican. Remain calm. We got Florida.
Barone was just on Fox News saying that a couple of FL counties show Romney not only outperforming McCain in 08, but Bush in 04.
I lived in Florida during the 2000 election, and Gore was way, way, way up and the media almost immediately called the state for him - while some in the panhandle (central time) were still voting. Bush won huge margins of the remaining votes and actually wound up winning by a razor-thin margin.
If the order is in the same way, Obama has to have a monstrous lead in the earlier returns to win Florida.
CST is almost 80% GOP
Rove and Jeb Bush reported from the bellweather counties, Henrico, Volusia. All very good. FL will be R.
Panhandle is in central time zone and does not close until9pm EST
Well, so goes Florida, so goes the election, so I’m quite concerned.
Everything’s gonna be fine, folks.
No worries, We’ve Got This!
The polls don’t close in GOP heavy panhandle for another 15min & long lines reported. Those in line @ close will get to vote so chill.
Florida looks fragile because three of the big Demo counties are in: Orange (Orlando); Palm Beach (again!) and Hillsborough (Tampa). They are having a disproportionate effect on the total state vote as yet counted.
I’m not from Florida but one question to ask is where the results are from.Southeast part of the state (heavily populated) Rat Party stronghold.Rest of the state, particularly the Panhandle (which is still voting),much more conservative.
