They aren't registered Texas voters so put a few Texas Rangers, sherrifs and DPS at each poll to make sure they stay far, far away. If they cause a ruckus, escort them them off and go through their diplomatic papers very, very slowly.

it I remember from my old police academy days, Diplomatic Immunity doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t be arrested, it means you can be prosecuted.
If a diplomat is wasted and behind the wheel, he certainly can be arrested, lest the officer be charged later if the guy wrecks and kills someone.

...diplomatic immunity... they are not diplomats, so where is their immunity...do they live in an specific embassy.....those that are designated diplomat have immunity and also those that work at the embassy...period...otherwise they are invading persons...
