Hussein's eroding poll numbers can be blamed on a storm? I can see it.

Almost biblical.

I live in Southern Maryland, and we’ve heard that it’s going to be a sizable storm. Hopefully by Tuesday the 6th, things will settle down a bit...

I’m hoping for freezing rain in Detroit.

From the map shown it looks like part of VA is all we have to worry about. The other threatened areas are all lost to us anyway.

Well it might slow down all those east coast liberals who had their heart set on early voting. Only problem is, can they vote by mail like we can out here in the formerly "golden state?"

Mrs. Waspman and I voted almost two weeks ago without even leaving our place. Two votes for the romulan. (how do you spell romulan?)

It is expected to hit 7 days before the election. Unless there is widespread flooding or extensive power outages, the impact should not be too severe.

If it dampens turnout in Philadelphia, that could be a good thing.

But we should all be praying for no injury or loss of life.

Oh! On second thought... Maybe they won’t be able to get the roads cleared by election day and all the mail trucks will get stuck in the snow. Talk about hope and change!!!

No storm, please. Nothing that will give Obama a chance at looking Presidential, or remotely heroic.

Come on now. You know the National Socialist Democrat Party won’t blame it on Mother Nature or on God; they’ll say Bush called Cheney to gin up his super-secret weather machine again to suppress democrat voters.

IF the storm has to hit then hopefully it can wait until Nov 6th. I’m believing Romney voters are not going to let a mere hurricane stop them from getting to the polls.

I feel RR supportes will risk hell and high water to get this POS out of office.
I dont think wish-washy Dems have the same resolve.

I’ll be flying into DC on Monday. Looks like I’ll be getting there at about the same time as the hurricane.

Odd that a hurricane threatened the GOP convention, and now one threatening the election. The only major hurricanes of the year. Just sayin.

Will “The One” use a super storm to illegally declare a postponement in the election? If he did, would the masses riot if the congress and supreme court declared his declaration illegal?

I live in Central NY State. They’re saying Sandy will likely play a role in our weather by Monday and Tuesday, bringing rainfall and gusty winds. We’re used to having bad weather, even heavy snow for Halloween here. They’re calling for rain
here from Saturday through Wednesday with winds Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday, they’re calling for partly cloudy, with some rain. Since the bad weather is next week, shouldn’t it be over with by the time election day rolls around the weekend after?

Down here we get F-2-5 Tornados and hurricanes along with several straight line windstorms a year. Nobody up there gives a fig if we vote or not. Screw the NE liberal Democrat voters...if they get to the polls great, if not, tough.

I’m in Northern Virginia. It looks as if it’s only going to clip us here- but I will be voting, if I have to go to the polls crawling up the street driving pitons and using an ice axe.
