If Romney thinks he is going to win w this mamby pamby bs against amarxist freight train he is sadly wrong, not only for himself, but for all of us. I am disgusted for the most part w his horrible campaign.

Romney was only good a putting out untruthful attack ads against his GOP primary opponents

Same nonsense Carter had going for him vs Regan. The demon-rat media never shows the crowds at campaign events. There is a simple reason for this, Oweboma’s crowds are small and Mitts crowds are very large. Don't doubt this. The one’s reign is coming to an end.

Throwing this election has come to my mind also. If so, the GOP are in on on it. Their silence is unfathomable, in both the primary and now. All things are eerie right now.

I’m disgusted beyond words.

I have more data, intel, youtube clips, of obama that could sink him in 5 days and not a peep from Tomney but mamby pamby cliche and bs.

Maybe Team Romney is waiting for the last week or so to do same. And not allow the libtard media to create outrage/racist narrative. Who knows. Buckle up. It's going to be a scary ride.

What is scary is how someone raising so much money uses it so poorly.

Agreed. The latest swing state buy is weak tea. But maybe it is setting something up for some more hard hitting/contrasting ads. usually they softe up the target for some big hots. Who knows? I do know that not many people (so-called experts and grassrooters) think the ads are very effective or persuadable.

Here’s the deal. No matter how much we bitch and moan about the strategy of Romney’s campaign, it takes away from hammering Obama. I was guilty of this yesterday (and ready to jump from a ledge). No more. It is what it is. Romney is either going to lose or win. Can’t kill ourselves over it. We can work hard to at least say we tried hard. Politics can change on a dime.

I disagree that it’s been eight years, he has been running for president since the day he was born.

Same here.. When I see a car on the road with one of their leftist campaign stickers, driven by a white person...I really have to struggle to control my temper..

Big deal.

People are tuning these ads out.

Imagine if Newt won. Do you think Newt would be running such a weak campaign? newt would be demanding debates, demanding answers on gasoline, etc etc.

Romney is making me ill.

Bachmann, Saint Rick, even Ron Paul would have been better at going after the obamunist.

There are two schools of thought on changing demographics. The GOP one and the dem one.

The GOP one is as Hispanics move into the middle class, they will vote more GOP and presto no more demographic problem plus Hispanics are socially conservative. Problem is blacks are also socially conservative and they don’t vote GOP and Hispanics like blacks will find their way into the middle class via affirmative action and govt jobs which isn’t condusive to voting GOP. I don’t think Hispanics will vote 90% dem but nor do I think other GOP will ever do better than 40%.

The dem position is changing demographics will buy the GOP period.

Both positions are wrong and assume as demographics change the parties stay the same.

I have a third scenario that no one mentions. The GOP is too scare to mention it and the Dems too stupid. But it is this: As the white population falls , whites will feel threatened eventually and will begin to vote as a block. Not like blacks do 90-95% but as Hispanics do 65-75% GOP.

As the dem party needs fewer and fewer white votes to win, they will move further and further to the left. As they do this they will begin losing white votes. In fact I fully expect the dem party to be a full fledged anti-white party within 20 years. We can see this has happened in South Africa where even former anti apartheid whites like Helen Zielle, gov of western cape, now vote with the Afrikaners against the ANC.

Van Jones, far from being a freak is what the average dem will look like in 2030. The DNC convention in 2032 won’t page homage to FDR as much as they’ll sing “kill the Boer”.

Not all states are changing demographically. TX and AZ are and will likely be lost. But PA, MI, OH, IN, WI, IA,MO, MN, NH, ME have either stable or much slowly changing demographics. These states will be much friendlier to the GOP in 20 years. In fact we see it already. WV is the most obvious. 97% white, WV was one of 6 states in 1980 to vote for Carter and one of 10 to vote for Dukakis. Today it is solid GOP at the presidential level. WI has gone from a Dukakis state to a toss up. With GOP making huge inroads.

MO is a great example. Voting for the winner every election except 1956, MO demographically is the same as it was in 1980 and the same as the USA was in 1980. 83% white 13% black and 4-5% other. MO went McCain barely in 2008, indicating that with unchanged demographics Obama wouldn’t win even in a year like 2008.

In the interim however, until whites start voting as a block, which I believe they will do by the 2030s, the GOP will struggle.

Exactly..If whites starting consistently voting 70+% the right way , this downward spiral could be reversed.
