Yes, it is time. Here we have a group they added in the recent past, and next thing you know a would-be killer shows up and shoots someone.

If they can find the slightest relationship between SPLC and the shooter ~ maybe just an internet search ~ I think there are plenty of fine lawyers out there who know what to do.
