Sounds more like Romney came out in favor of freedom of association.
True conservatives may see it that way, however, with the persistent and ever present public pressure on the BSA to modify their position, his public position is on the wrong side of this issue. Liberals, queers and their supporters will see it as one more “ally” in their quest to destroy the BSA.
Just more “dominoes” falling in line with the queer agenda to open up a target rich environment for queers.
At what point will the public pressure from queers and their hetero supporters become too much for the BSA to resist? Where’s the tipping point?
Sounds like he said that all people regardless of sexual orientation should be able to participate. His words: “I feel that all people should be able to participate in the Boy Scouts regardless of their sexual orientation.”
Does that sound like freedom of association to you???
