The perp, Wade Michael Page, is definitely a skinhead. I spent much of the morning doing research on him at work and he was knee deep in skinhead, white supremacist activities.

He played in several bands associated with skinheads, including 2 years as the bass player with Youngland, and currently in Definite Hate. I’ve found photos of him wearing a Hammerskin skinhead t-shirt and Definite Hate played at a Hammerskin music festival a couple years ago.
