Is this just another media troglodyte pointing out additional targets for the homosexual/muslim/left alliance?

Actually, Fox has its head up its a$$ in thinking CFA actively touts the beliefs of its owner. Far from it. The times I’ve been there, they’ve operated as most any business, save they don’t seem to employ illegals, nor do I see a bunch of tatooed delinquents. They are closed on Sunday, by choice and it isn’t something that says “gone to church” for an excuse.

Fox is blowing smoke out its butt and trying to get in on the fray with its two cents.

I would say to chik-fil-a come to Boston and the surrounding areas, I think they would find there would be as much if not more support then not. Of course the college crowd would be full of animosity, but the average Bay Stater would certainly be supportive. The citizens of Massachusetts were NEVER Allowed to vote on gay marriage. It was decided by an activist judge who pushed her own agenda on the citizens of Mass. There were a couple of petition movements to place it on the ballot so the citizens could make the decision, but the lawmakers would not even allow it to go forward as a ballot initiative because they knew that the vote against would most likely win. Also folks became afraid to sign any petitions requesting it go to a citizen’s vote because at some point a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of those who signed the petitions were released so that those who signed the petition could be threatened and intimidated by activists who wanted to change the legal definition of marriage in Mass. That is why “gay marriage” is legal in Mass, it was not the choice of the citizens, but of one activist judge and a majority democrat State legislature that basically took away the right of the voters to even request a vote on the matter without facing threats and intimidation by violent opponents of a vote on the issue.

Cathy sparked a national controversy last month

WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! The media and the militant queer lobby decided to use his statement to invent a controversy.

,,,,offers chaplains to counsel its employees on life issues like deaths or family emergencies;

That statement sounds more like helping employees than "touting religion beside their produces".

I don't recall seeing a business card for a local church taped to a frozen pizza in the supermarket.

I am not the type person to pray loudly on street corners, but I do not attend a church service hidden in a closet.

Thanks for posting this list.

Seems Hobby Lobby's owner has a HUGE collection of historical Bibles and related religious texts (Dead Sea Scroll fragments, first-printing King James, famous typos, artistic renditions, etc.). Just had an exhibition thereof in Atlanta; 3 hours was a good start for perusal. Word is he's working on a permanent exhibit.

Trijicon was [in]famous for including abbreviated verse references in rifle scope serial numbers.
Our enemies didn’t approve, so Trijicon was compelled to stop it, and kits were issued for physical removal of the alphanumerics.

Amway corp. a global enterprise and a 11 billion dollar a year business in products, was started by 2 Christian men who were not shy about their faith. The company is still privately held by the 2 families. The surviving founder Rich DeVos still reads from Matthew - the account of the birth of Christ- at the annual Christmas employee celebration. They also display a life size nativity scene outside their world headquarters in Ada, Michigan.

For those of you in the Southeastern US, I heartily recommend COOKOUT, a blatantly Christian-owned/operated fast food restaurant. Here is some information about their operations.

My wife and I really liked the “God’s Love” commercials for Interstate Batteries this past Christmas. This kind of thing definitely influences our purchases.

that while having a “purpose” such as a social or environmental cause can be a very good thing for a business, evoking religion can backfire.

Yes, because the left leaning media will crucify you for one mention of God or religion, but give a pass for whatever strange social or ecological stance. Apple or MS could donate a million dollars to NAMBLA and it wouldn’t get the attention that CFA did for supporting traditional marriage

Another company unashamed of their faith is Hodgden, the maker of gun powders. http://www.hodgdon.com/

“Our mission is to provide quality propellants, other products, and services to sportsmen, governing units, and other businesses in a manner which enhances the quality of life for our stockholders, employees, customers, associates, and suppliers. In doing so, we will deal with integrity and honesty, reflecting that people are more important than dollars and that our purpose is to bring credit to our Lord Jesus Christ.”
