Frankly, 150 sets of riot gear isn't going to be worth squat when the party really gets going after Oh-Bah-Mah is deposed. Just do not overlook all the riot gear and population control equipment already in place across the country plus what the military has in warehouses, plus people trained to enforce their orders.
