I have yet to find a good recipe for skeet, anyone have any? Still tastes better than coot or scoters though.

You gotta boil 'em a long, long time. Even then, they still taste kinda chalky.

Marinade in soy sauce and olive oil for 2 years. Than slow cook for 2 weeks in a cock pot.
