I believe Joel Gilbert’s film says the age of consent in Hawaii in 1960 was 14.
We are saying that Hawaii has been issuing birth certificates to foreign citizens since they were a state. Given that they have a large influx of people from Foreign countries on a regular basis, it is not in the best interest of Hawaii to closely scrutinize the claims for such people's children.
I have seen it alleged in several different articles that Hawaii is serving as a back door entry to American Citizenship for people who don't want to go through the trouble of nationalizing. There is a man called Pembrook Johnson who claims to have been born in Brisbane Australia, but who also claims to have a Hawaiian birth certificate. (He writes at the Daily Pen blog)
Hawaii has basically been enabling illegal immigration for a very long time, and providing people with legal documents which cover up the fact that they aren't really American Citizens.
Imagine if the Border State of Texas was giving out birth certificates to any parent who came forward and claimed their child was born in Texas. Hawaii has been doing this for a very long time.
Good .. ;) It is history, a sad, sick chapter for this great country, but nevertheless history.

You are right about The Daily Pen, thanks for the info. They go over the BC in painstaking detail—wow! They even address the number of the certificate itself and how Zero couldn’t have been born at the same hospital as the Nordyke twins.
There is lots of compelling stuff, with the list of the codes. I, like they, are most curious about the pencil codes on the left margin—the ones that we can’t really see because it is conveniently curled under.

This may not be new to FR or Daily Pen etc. readers, but this could be eye-opening to others who do not do the research that has been done here. THESE are the people who will wonder why a fraudulent BC would be posted on the WH website—unless 0 has something to hide. People get that. The Daily Pen goes into so much detail that the average Joe or Jane’s eyes would just glaze over. Sheriff Joe and Mike Zullo simplified it for the masses. I suspect that more than a few eyebrows were raised. Mine included.

"U K Lee" has been identified as Verna Lee. There is now a recorded statement from her detailing the meaning of the Federal encoding numbers, as well as the geographical/chronological sort used when assigning document numbers.
These statements remove the discussion from anything that could be dismissed as "internet conjecture" and placed it squarely in the realm of credible evidence.
As a result we know that the document is contradictory on its face, both the encoding numbers and the document number are bogus.
People can no longer let their eyes glaze over and feign incomprehension regarding any of the "computer forensics", layers, clipping masks, etc.
What is shocking?

I am thinking that had I been in that room I would have immediately walked over to him and attempted to knock his teeth out. I have recently been contemplating the notion that Liberal reporters need to be very afraid of us, just as they are with Muslims.
I think if a few reporters get assaulted for their obnoxious and lying methodology, they will think twice before they do it again. They aren't afraid of us, and that's why they have no respect for us. We need to make them grant respect, and one sure way to get respect is to punch them out when they get belligerent.
Fear and Respect are opposite sides of the same coin.

what can be done?
As you well know, we have been posting that statute and explaining its affect on this situation for a long time.
The current legal posture however is that the absence of proof that he was born in Hawaii has no legal force. There isn't any proceeding pending at present that forces him to prove he was born there; or anywhere else.
It might be helpful if the Sheriff could indict or charge a specific person with manufacturing the fraudulent document but I don't even see that here. And the most the Sheriff accomplishes on this line is to dispose of the argument that he was born in Hawaii to open the door to proof he was born somewhere else or to serve as a basis for shifting the burden of proof in an effective legal proceeding to zero to prove he was born somewhere else in the US.
Unfortunately the lawyers on our side muffed the real opportunity to position themselves to make that argument in Georgia.
It wouldn’t bother me if Corsi wanted to write a book about the final resolution; he has contributed a great deal of effort and is entitled to something for doing so; Trump has or can raise sufficient resources to pin this down—I suspect that if the Sheriff’s office can remain in charge and in control of funding, you could set this up so that the person’s providing the funding could get a tax deduction for paying the bills—that might involve risk you didn’t want to take; but might not.
Our needs remain the same—professional help. Zullo either doesn’t have access to sufficient resources or the people he is using are not up to the task.
Given the kind of money that is out there engaged in the political effort, it really shouldn't be that difficult to raise enough money to pursue all the available leads and get this question resolved.

A whole HOST of Republicans have defended Obama. Erick Erickson of Red State, John McCain, Bill O'reilly, Ann Coulter, and so forth. It is something that makes my blood boil, but it does not make Mitt Romney unique in this regard. He's just going along with the rest of the pack.
That he defends Obama does not make him illegitimate. It just demonstrates that he has bad judgement.
No other thing attracts Mr. Romney to ONLY one side, except his conviction that he is entitled to the Presidency no matter what he says or what he did.
Romney is just going along with the pack. The Facts say he meets even the most stringent standard for "natural born citizen", and the facts are what we should be repeating. Not some emotional based accusation against him.
Again, I don't like him, (I started off as a Perry Supporter, then Santorum, then Gingrich as the possibilities went steadily from bad to worse.) but saying he is unqualified is simply not true.

Yes, rather than Barack Obama sr. having just one American Citizen wife who was known to the INS officials in other documents, he actually had TWO American citizen wives, one of which happened to be in the Philippines at the time!
That makes so much more sense than the possibility that in 1964 Stanly Ann went somewhere or other, and Barack Sr. thought it was the Philippines. Now if we could only find out WHO this other woman was, and where he met her and how, then we would really be on to something!
I did not know that. It is quite possible. I believe other states also had age of consents that low in the past. But here's the salient point. Could it be that the man who got her pregnant did not know the age of consent was so low?
I find it rather coincidental that she became pregnant right at the time of her birthday. (November 29.)

Everything you have mentioned I already knew several months ago. It may have been new to you, but it was old news to me and many other people i’ll wager.
