Did George Zimmerman Cry for Help?

As you probably have read in previous blog postings, I’ve made some comments about the 911 and other police recordings that were involved in the Trayvon Martin shooting case. My opinions were published in the Orlando Sentinel and I also made some appearances on MSNBC and CNN as well as Fox News.

I was contacted by a producer at The Today Show shortly after they acquired a copy of an exemplar that the police made of George Zimmerman’s voice. They made the exemplar (sample of Mr. Zimmerman’s voice) so that it could be compared to the cry for help in the 911 police recording....

However, I do want to go on record and comment that a more appropriate or exact exemplar needs to be made of George Zimmerman’s voice in order to conduct a proper voice identification test.

Three things:

First, if you're looking for a job, the Zimmerman trust fund is a little short, and no such thing needs to be done. The exact conditions of that night cannot be reproduced, and you have examplars from GZ videos at the scene that can be used and probably already have and the tenor of his voice has probably been linked to the cry for help as opposed to the deeper voice of TM as at the 7-Eleven or recorded on Martin family tapes and phones that they won't turn over.

Second, an authoritative witness already identified the voice as GZ's -- his father -- and that testimony is on the record. Another witness John has also identified it as coming from the guy on the bottom getting his head bashed in, and that testimony though not yet made in court is also on the record. And lying Sybrina won't dare take the witness stand to defend her on the record prefabrication because TM's father already said it was not TM.

Third, unless you wrote that article under oath, you are not on the record. Common sense is your best expert and it tells you who was calling for help -- the guy on the bottom getting his head bashed in, and that was George Zimmerman.

Yep -- and now he wants the defense to hire him so that he can be in the limelight and, in the name of telling the truth as an expert, lie and hedge some more.

This expert, if such he be, is saying that his first opinion was tentative and not intended for public consumption.

What’s the name of the cop who originally wanted to charge Zimmerman but was initially overruled? The one who “volunteered” for reassignment to the midnight shift after he was tagged as the hostile leaker of police investigation information to reporters?

NO — no other witness says that they cried out for help and there were some 14 or more cries for help according to one witness but only one of those was recorded on a phone.

According to the link below, there were 3 reported crimes in the month prior to the shooting but just 3 reported crimes in the 5 months since. Smells like there has been a huge drop in crime.

George Zimmerman’s account under police questioning is that he yelled for help and a neighbor said he was calling the police for help. The 911 recording of someone screaming for help was made public after these statements. It’s Zimmerman on the recording.

I post this almost every time a Zimmerman thread is posted.
Few on FR had heard of it before I started posting it.
Few outside of Tulsa got to hear of this brutal torture/murder.

It’s a crying shame that brutal black on white crime such as the Strait torture/murders is swept under the rug by PC crazed media. Brutal attacks on whites are increasing daily since Obama has been in the White House.

As of yet, none of the monsters who commited these unspeakable crimes have been put to death- and most got off with a slap on the wrist.

I remember when this happened. It was covered up in the media. I wasn't aware of the grizzly details. They are horrific. These black thugs were animals, and the extent that some people will go to excuse the actions of such thugs, or cover it up, is disgusting.

Had one or the other or both been able to kill any of their black torturers and escape, they would no doubt have had to face Murder 2 and civil rights charges as well. We do face a more than corrupt self-serving legal system.

Corey decreed that the voice on the tape was Trayvon's because Trayvon's mother said so. Will the judge be able to tell the jury they have to accept that version, or will O'Mara be allowed to bring contradictory evidence in? (That's assuming O'Mara is trying to get an acquittal...some people have expressed doubts about his commitment to winning the case.) How much leeway does the judge have if he is determined to send Zimmerman away?

My guess would be that when Zimmerman told the cops that he had called for help, he did not know that anyone had recorded the calls.

The only evidence that the court has as to whose voice it is calling for help on the 911 call is the sworn statement and testimony of George Zimmerman's father made under oath and subjected to cross-examination.

That will stand especially since I doubt that Sybrina will ever take the stand to defend her lying affidavit because she will be forced to answer a whole lot of other incriminating questions about her son.

And if Tracy is called, he will be asked which of his statements re his son's voice was a lie: the first one or the second one???

The Martin family have bigtime credibility problems and should face charges for lying to the police investigators.

Since Big Media even convinced a fair amount of Freepers that the Zimmermans were SKIMMING to MAKE A PROFIT while GZ was in jail, I think the Martins feel entitled to make as much money as they can off this.
