As I have reported before I have done do it yourself divorces for my son and daughter and YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO FURNISH BIRTH CERTIFICATES.

In the divorce packet you give the names, date of birth, place of birth etc, of your children, but you do not furnish their Birth Certificates. Remember a Divorce Document is a legal paper and you swear under penalty that all the information provided is the truth.

He says they got married so that Stanley Ann could "provide legitimacy to the baby's birth."

And then he argues that Stanley Ann then didn't USE this legitimacy in the one place that was the whole purpose of the contrived marriage - to name Obama Sr. as the father on the birth certificate.

If the whole point of the marriage was to give legitimacy to the baby (from Ann's point of view) and help Sr. with his immigration status (from his point of view), then it makes absolutely NO sense at all that she then wouldn't go ahead and fill in her "husband's" name on the birth certificate.

The line is for maiden name of mother. Check out the Nordyke birth certificate. The mother's last name is given as Cole.

Obama Sr., by all accounts a playboy, has a one-night stand (or maybe a two- or three-night stand) with Stanley Ann, who was among his conquests at the University of Hawaii.

When a baby resulted, Obama Sr. hestitatingly agrees to marry Stanley Ann.

Certainly possible.

At some point after the February ceremony Obama Sr. discovers that she had also been having sex with the much older Frank Marshall Davis. In addition to disgusting him, that raised a serious question in his mind as to whether he was really the father of the baby. And so from the point he learned about the Stanley Ann-Frank Marshall Davis sexual activity, he simply ignored Stanley Ann and her baby, at least until many years later when the boy was ten years old.

Why is this necessary? BHO Sr. had a long pattern of "loving and leaving" women. One doesn't need to assume any SAD-FMD affair to explain why he left or why he didn't see his child.

It's possible that the baby wasn't BHO Sr.'s, but I don't see the Davis theory as any more likely than any other scenario, including the one presented by the author of the article.

Very unlikely, considering that Hussein Onyango was dead-set against the marriage. Maybe plucky, adventurous SAD ready to go half-way around the world to save her marriage or relationship might be more attractive to some people, but it doesn't look more realistic than other scenarios.

Are you nuts? There are three nudie photos of someone who resembles SAD but none with anyone who resembles her with "many men". And the resemblence is superficial; certain facial structures are completely different such as ears, length of upper lip, and eyebrow/eye slant. Shape of chin is not the same. You're swallowing koolaid.

Obama? Lying and misleading people? :-) He'd already had more than one name, several different Social Security numbers, etc. Besides, see Post 26. He's already prepared everyone for the possibility that his parents weren't married. Not worth hiding his birth certificate just for that reason alone, IMO.

Yelp. But you’d be surprised how often that type of thing happens when an adoption is involved. We KNOW Lolo adopted Barry. Apparently that was annulled at some point...or maybe not.....When an adoption takes place all birth records are sealed. The court issues new “birth certificates” in the new parents name. The original material is null and void and can only be used for ancestry info. When an adoption is nullified, that BC is then voided. Since there is no one to assume that parental role as no adoption is processed, the government assumes paternity and the child becomes a ward of the court/state.

Remember it was the CLinton’s who started the BC search....How convenient.

Not having an original BC is not as unusual as folks think and IMO we are barking up the wrong tree. His passport, naturalization papers, social security records,school records etc are the documentation we should be seeking to prove he his not eligible...a non resident. The BC is a red herring. The “who’s the daddy” and “where was he born” is throwing firecrackers in the camp fire....Just a distraction. Keeping us from what we should be looking into. Freepers, as good of investigators as they are, have taken their eye off the prize....which was 0/Clinton’s intent all along....Dubbed? Look to see what is in the right hand, while he’s/they’re doing tricks with the left.
