Some academic writings by progressive thinkers agree with you and wish to push eligibility for drawing Social Security to 70 or 72. Progressives writing on health care want to start rationing life extending procedures by age 75. Others involved with tax policy want much higher inheritance taxes with some arguing the government should take 100% at death.

Put it all together and the philosophy is to have people work to an age where their bodies can no longer keep the pace of younger people. Once they are no longer producing, create conditions so they die as quickly as possible. Harvest and redistribute anything the leave behind for the good of the state. Sounds pretty much like slavery. No doubt the elites will have another set of rules.
