Most Americans are so angry over this, I think this has transformed the 2012 Election. I think this Ruling by the SCOTUS, is going to make the 2010 Midterm Elections look like a Children’s Bible Class in comparison to what is getting ready to happen on November 6, 2012.

elect politicians of either party who solemnly commit to the rule of law and swear allegiance to the Constitution

But how can that really be the solution ?

Even Nanny Pelousi verbally "commited to the rule of law" and certainly swore "allegiance to the Constitution" when entering Congress.

Today, she has Supreme credibililty to claim she's true to the Constitution because just yesterday her precious Commie Affordable Care Act (CACA) mandate was declared Constitutional by the highest court in the land !

Obviously, that's not preserving our liberty.

Instead, shouldn't the Constitution be amended to severely restrict the taxing authority of Congress...not leave it so broad as to produce the horrifying result we saw yesterday ?

.

There is ZERO penalty for not committing to rule of law or the Constitution. Any politician can say whatever they like and still violate the Constitution, so solemnity is out.

“The last hope to limit their power over the worst Congress money can buy was the Supreme Court.”

BS. This is the problem and has been for years. When will the masses learn that it is not always up to someone else to bail them out.

WE THE PEOPLE are the ONLY hope. Not some third branch of Government.
