I totally agree with where you're coming from. Problem is, crazy people don't know they're crazy and don't know to recuse themselves. If they did, Hussein would be gone long ago.

I feel the same way as you. I personally have an epilepsy disorder. For 99% of the time I am fine, and my judgement is not impaired in anyway. I take medications. I doubt I take the same dose or the same medication as the Justice Roberts. I find that my judgement or confusion become affected only when I sense a grand mal seizure coming. From what I understand of Justice Roberts he has been experiencing this problem for a very long time, and should know when is condition is affecting him. Additionally, he had nearly 2 years to think about his vote so he had the ability to make sure he was thinking about it with a clear mind, so to speak.
