One very dull night, when so moved, I will write a piece about the AA reporters and anchors I have known.
My favorite, an otherwise very nice and lovely lady who, live on the air in New York, described St. Patrick’s Day as a “celebration, not just in New York, but a holiday for German people everywhere.”
Later, in describing Pope John Paul II as a beautiful, humanity-filled man, asked her co-anchor (live, on-air) “He’s so kind. Did he ever have a family?”
She “left” soon thereafter
I wish someone had old Obama he was noting but a piece of affirmative action @#$% along the way too.
