Someone more versed in the two deaths than I would have to pass judgment on this. Jamie’s death could appear more the premeditated death, but who would know. Even those on the ground may not know the whole situation.

In any event, both should be respected whenever the F&F story is discussed. Both gave their lives, their families grieve their loss, and we shouldn’t forget or pass over either one of them.

He’s also the ATF agent that originally told Congress that he mentioned gun walking in a roundabout way to his old buddy Kevin O’Reilly of the White House national security staff, who he communicates with maybe three or four times a year… only to be exposed as a liar when the same document dump that put AG Holder in jeopardy of perjury charges revealed a constant stream of emails between Newell and O’Reilly, lasting over a month.

You misunderstood and have your political favorites. I have none, but expect them to follow the law, secure the borders without us constantly begging them to do so.
