Back on April 23rd, 2000 Fox News’ Andrew Napolitano had a few questions for (then Deputy) Attorney General Eric Holder. Here they are thanks to The Media Research Center :
Napolitano : Tell me, Mr. Holder, why did you not get a court order authorizing you to go in and get the boy (Elian Gonzalez)?
Holder : Because we didn’t need a court order. INS can do this on its own.
Napolitano : You know that a court order would have given you the cloak of respectability to have seized the boy.
Holder : We didn’t need an order.
Napolitano : Then why did you ask the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals for such an order if you didn’t need one?
Holder : [Silence]
Napolitano : The fact is, for the first time in history you have taken a child from his residence at gunpoint to enforce your custody position, even though you did not have an order authorizing it. When is the last time a boy, a child, was taken at the point of a gun without an order of a judge…Unprecedented in American history.”
Holder : “He was not taken at the point of a gun.”
Napolitano : “We have a photograph showing he was taken at the point of a gun.”
Holder : “They were armed agents who went in there who acted very sensitively…”
This “sensitivity” consisted of the INS macing, kicking, and gun-butt their way into Lazaro Gonzalez's house on the morning of April 22, 2000, wrenching a bawling 6-year-old child from his family at machine-gun point and bundling him off to Castro’s Stalinist fiefdom, leaving 102 people injured, some seriously.

Or, Castro rejects him because he is too left-wing and dishonest for his taste.
Holder's bloody fingerprints can be found all over multiple murders and mass murders including this "Bomb Walking" which was needed to save his boss Clinton.
"Below is the full interview I conducted exclusively for Red State over the weekend with Joseph Connor about Eric Holders role in expedited clemency for members of the FALN granted by President Bill Clinton in 1999. Joe is the son of Frank Connor who was murdered in 1975 by members of the Puerto Rican Armed Forces for National Liberation (FALN). Eric Holder is President-elect Barack Obamas nominee to be the Attorney General and former Deputy Attorney General in the Bill Clinton Administration. Holder will be testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee this Thursday, January 15 at 9:30 am.
Joe agreed to be interviewed about former Deputy Attorney General Eric Holders role in those grants of clemency and recent reports from the Los Angeles Times that As deputy attorney general in 1999, Holder now attorney general nominee pressed subordinates to drop objections to clemency for 16 members of violent Puerto Rican nationalist organizations. The FALN has been linked too over 150 bombings and other activities that resulted in the death of at least six people and injuries to many others in a terrorist criminal spree that lasted from 1974 to 1983."

According to news reports in the LA Times, Hartford Courant, NY Daily News, NY Times and recently released memos, as Deputy Attorney General in charge of the Pardon Attorney during the end of the Clinton years, Eric Holder actively pushed for the release of these murderous terrorists. According to the LA Times of January 9, 2009, Holder ignored recommendations of the FBI, Bureau of Prisons, former Pardon Attorney, Margaret Love and even Janet Reno herself who warned about the danger of releasing unrepentant terrorists. He instructed his staff at Justices Office of the Pardon Attorney to effectively replace the departments original report recommending against any commutations, which had been sent to the White House in 1996, with one that favored clemency for at least half the prisoners, according to these interviews and documents. After Pardon Attorney Roger Adams resisted, Holders chief of staff instructed him to draft a neutral options memo instead. The options memo allowed Clinton to grant the commutations without appearing to go against the Justice Departments wishes, Adams and his predecessor, Margaret Colgate Love, said in their first public comments on the case.
Further, Holder reportedly met with supporters of FALN clemency nine times and ignored the victims and their families such as ours. This violated the victims Rights and Restitution Act of 1990, a responsible official was to provide victims with the earliest possible notice of the release from custody of the offender. The law reads at 42 U.S.C. Section 10607(c)(5): ..."

Holder Clearly Does Not Have Judgment, Character or Values to Be Attorney General
