That, it seems, is now at the heart of the dispute even as Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee forget their pledge to the Terry family to “not rest” until they get to the bottom of how our own government could be so incredibly stupid as to supply Mexican drug cartels with thousands of state-of-the-art weapons.

"Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee forget their pledge to the Terry family to “not rest” until they get to the bottom of how our own government could be so incredibly stupid"

So they get to the bottom of it by voting AGAINST contempt.

Lies, lies and more lies

Oh my my - it is bad. obama knows it. I guess he hopes to delay until November...

Yesterday President Barack Obama invoked executive privilege to prevent a House committee investigating the so-called Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal from acquiring subpoenaed documents from Justice — a move that comes eight months after the committee’s demand for information in the case.

And on this, the 40th anniversary of the Watergate break-in, it brings to mind the catch-phrase of that era — what did the president know and when did he know it.

The program wasn’t inept..the cover up was inept. The program was designed to cause additional restrictions of fire arm sales in the US by flooding Mexico with weapons.
The result was two US Agents dying and hundreds of Mexican’s killed or wounded. Judging by the statements of Obama, Hillary and Holder..they all expected this program to result in evidence the US was the source of most of the weapons in Mexico..they all knew what it was about.

The GOP should be on the Supreme Court doorstep tomorrow to request and injunction against this executive privilege. They shouldn’t wait.

Yes, a man is dead and serious laws were broken... those things on their own are bad enough...

But this is the point that it seems is ignored by all most of the time: This group of degenerates were attempting to fabricate data in an effort to deprive citizens of their rights... why is this not at the top of the headlines when we hear Fast and Furious? Why are people not outraged by this?

These bastards need to be in prison, not embarrassed politically, not held in contempt, but thrown in jail for treasonous behavior, behaving contrary to constitutional law and outright abuse of authority.

The spin is on and spinning out of control. Consider Wade Henderson on Chris Matthews allowed to say unchallenged . . .

"But this was a terrible operation. It should never have taken place. Much to his credit, Attorney General Holder ended the program, he disciplined ATF officials who were involved. He convened and -- inspector general to take a look at the issue. He testified over eight times with the Congress and he's provided thousands of documents- "

Agreed!

But consider more than half the populace has never heard of Fast and Furious. More than 75% of the populace do not "understand" what it truly means.

Half of the populace who have heard it, have been spun to believe its George Bush admin at fault.

Then consider that if any white person says anything lest a congress person, they will be considered racist

I pray and maybe God will lead.

I'm not fond of the United Nations, but, were I the Terry family I'd tell Holder if he didn't cooperate with the investigation I would request the UN investigate this. This, IMHO, is a human rights violation. The United States has violated international laws and gotten hundreds of Mexicans killed.

Sad indeed.

Can you "source" that quote? Might be valuable to help in the next week to share with others before the vote.

You are exactly right, remember Fat Nappy’s memo that said “90% of all cartel guns come from the USA”?

Feinstein and all the Libtards went on the talk shows with the Soros-Clinton message to win public opinion against guns.

These Totalitarian maggots want us defenseless and broke, so we can work for them in their Global Feudal Estate, where the bureaucrats and military live like kinds and we are all in virtual slavery by the “wise, Progressive” ones.

These people are disgusting and deserve a cell.

2 dead Federal agents.

300 dead Mexican citizens, police officers and Federale agents.

State-sponsored terrorism.
