What if AZ continues with the law as written...ie, their law mirrors federal law as written, while O claims he can change the law at his whim? And if AZ can, so can other states who might so choose.

I happen to think states are key in this and in the healthcare.

They need to push back. They are in the best position to challenge.

As for Congress, don’t know about the rest of ‘em but Steve King says he’s filing suit against O in federal court, just like he filed in state court against Vilsack in Iowa when he tried to change Iowa law by fiat.

More and more states are waking up to what has trickled down to them -- and they can't afford it. They are banding together to face-off against the federal monster that is trying to take over.
