No, I am making the assumption he will appoint better justices than an unfteered Obama.

That is an easy bet.

You have one choice; Obama or Romney.

Who?

1. Romney's record does not support your contention. He nominated 27 out of 36 far-left, extremist Progressive Liberals for judgeships. None of the remaining 9 were conservatives.
2. There are more than 2 choices to a principled conservative unwilling to sell his/her soul for the sake of the Republican Party: a. Write in Sarah Palin b. Vote for Virgil Goode, an actual conservative.

That isn't a choice - it is a distinction without a difference.

[x] None of the Above.

Are these the only candidates running? Proof, please.

If you want my vote, you're going to have to convince me that Mitt won't sell us down the river like Duh-bya did.

And when you make assumptions.........
Romney did make liberal appointments to his court, apparently you are hoping he will change if he becomes president.
The actual choice is been liberal D and liberal R.

How about neither? Works for me. Your vote is yours. My vote is mine.

Actually, we have one outcome, Obama or Romney.

We have many choices of candidates to vote for.
