telling a judge you are penniless when you know you have more than 100K in the bank IS lying. And that is what she has been arrested for.

Had these 2 lovebirds just frikkin’ told the truth to the judge about the money, both could be enjoying a margarita tonight on the veranda.

So the judge is correct and they are guilty, because the judge says so?

Maybe someone familiar with the process can tell us the context of the question - do judges typically simply ask what your entire net worth is, or do they ask how much is available for bond?

If the latter, I can easily understand Zimmerman truthfully answering as he did, not knowing how he could legally use the money contributed to his PayPal account.

And if so this is all BS.

They don’t gave 100k in the bank. They had a PayPal account which they apparently aren’t clear about how can be used.

You don’t tell a judge you have assets when you don’t know in what manner they can be legally employed.

What about saying you don’t know and offering to get an exact quote of the amount by calling the person who does know?

That is what Shellie Zimmerman did - at what was not even supposed to be a bond hearing so neither she nor her husband nor her husband’s lawyer had been given adequate time to prepare for the questions sprung on them. Which is a violation of due process rights.

Of course, the judge might not remember that Shellie had offered to call and find out the exact amount - because Angela Corey had DELETED THAT PART FROM THE TRANSCRIPT, just like the prosecution refused to give in their statement of probable cause any of the blatant evidence that suggested (at the VERY LEAST) reason to doubt that the shooting was for reasons other than self-defense.

This is a very public, very blatant lynching. Pure and simple.

Welcome to Cuba.

I’’’ clean up the old Army saying—”Assumption is the Mother of all Foul Ups”. I don’t suppose you listened to (or read) ALL the relevant testimony before you jumped into your “hang ‘em—they MUST deserve it” mode here? Try actually doing that.

Perhaps someday the wheels of justice will pick you out to attempt to grind you to a pulp and I suspect you’ll hope that folks don’t make incorrect assumptions about you deserving what you get.

Have you enjoyed any margaritas with Nifong or Corey lately? You might feel right at home with them.

Show us the exact quotes that substantiate what you have stated. If not, then you should retract what you have stated.

These two love birds? Were lying?

I'd say you have an agenda of your own.

BTW, how do ya do that when your fighting for your life, from corrupt government courts with political agendas and people like prosecutors like Corey?

Ya think they might be concerned while enjoying margaritas tonight on the veranda, about black racist gangs putting death bounties on their heads?

Reading your posts, I am convinced you have some kind of hidden agenda here.

...telling a judge you are penniless...

Please give a link to the transcript quoting Mrs. Zimmerman saying they were penniless. That's right, you can't, because you made that up. IOWs it's a lie.
