Zimmerman 'does not properly respect the law,' judge says in order revoking bond
Orlando Sentinal ^ | June 12, 2012 | Jeff Weiner

The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

The dispatcher said, “We don’t need you to follow him”. Zimmerman responded “OK”. He wasn’t told to say in his vehicle, and the dispatcher had no authority to give him orders anyway. At least you finally admit Martin(the “kid”, as you insist on calling him) attacked him from behind when Zimmerman was moving away from him.

I agree. What actually is snarking around a neighborhood?

“Just think if he had followed directions to not go after the kid that nite...he wouldn’t be in jail, he wouldn’t have $100K and a kid would still be alive.”

I actually have no idea whether he followed directions or not. Nor does anyone else, despite what the prosecution says, besides Zimmerman. One version of events has him being attacked on his way back to his truck after breaking off his following of Martin.

That being said, you might as well say if only he hadn’t followed Martin at all, if only Martin hadn’t gone out to get skittles, if only Zimmerman and/or Martin hadn’t been born, or if only the world wasn’t an imperfect place where people do bad things.

...he now has given the Prosecution the best weapon they could possibly have hoped for, “reasonable doubt”...

Huh?

Same old phenomenon that's been killing the United States for years, and especially now under a black president and black attorney general. Whites, out of fear of blacks and black retaliation, placate the black community to unrealistic levels. The pressure on whites to prove they aren't racist trumps all law and reasoning. Whites resort to attacking and punishing each other in their quest to receive the 'I'm not a racist' trophy from the black community.

Zimmerman is just another victim of the white frenzy for the black 'seal of approval'. Racial whore sycophants Angela Corey, Judge Lester and the media are so preoccupied with placating blacks that justice will never be served as long as we allow racist blacks to hold us hostage to the law.

As far as I know, you’ve still never even presented a plausible scenario for how Trayvon knew Zimmerman had a gun, before bashing Zimmerman’s head on the concrete.

I’m tired of arguing with idiots. If you can’t watch the news by yourself, I’m not going to do your homework for you.

Correction: “as we allow racist blacks to hold us hostage to their racism.” Fixed it!

Are you really this ignorant and that much of a troll?

I'll answer that. Oh yeah he is. He was once on the greatest troll ping list on FR. I would say 50% eventually have gotten the zot.

He's just outing himself on another subject.

First, what "kid" are you talking about? If you are referencing the punk thug that is now dead then yes said thug attacked him.

Have you bothered to do any research or are you still working off of the original article?

Said thug is pictured below:

More picture are available here.

Let me Google that for you since you are unable to do so.

I think it’s line 33 of the transcript where the dispatcher says they don’t need him to pursue.

Thought and logic would have kept him in the car.

Thanks

“Um, he did. Oh, I get it now. You are WILLFULLY stupid.”

Scary alternatives...

Either he’s a serious Hussein Head who’s trained to believe EVERYTHING the left wing media puts out,

or

He’s an ultra-right wing cop, the very essence of the hated leftist-defined conservative.

Of course there’s no law, but he was advised to not follow him, wasn’t he?

Are you saying he would have just walked up to his car and attacked him?

Frankly, whatever may or may not have provoked the attack is irrelevant. The attack, in and of itself, is the only relevant point.

Since when is not respecting the law grounds for not granting bail?

“Zimmerman, by his own actions - demonstrated that his sworn testamony is worthless. The jury now knows that anything he says ‘under oath’ is not to be trusted.”

I don’t know if any of this is admissable at trial, but even if it is he could plausibly argue that instead of lying he was merely confused. Even if the jury doesn’t believe him it wouldn’t mean they can’t trust anything he says under oath, for he has hard evidence to back up an assertion of self-defense in the form of eye witness testimony and medical reports.

“he has sacrificed a huge amount of that trust. This was stupid of him”

Yes, it was, in a PR sense. Or if not stupid—since it’s not as clear to as it is to you that he’s a liar instead of naive—at least unfortunate. But he was already losing the PR battle BIG TIME, so it’s no huge loss. As far as the actual trial goes I don’t think it’ll amount to much.

“As is, he gave the Prosecution ammunition it didn’t have before. In fact, prior to this stunt; the Prosecution had no ammo whatsoever.”

Again, I don’t know if him possibly lying at a bail hearing is admissable in a murder 2 trial. Maybe if they added perjury onto the charge. Anyway, I can’t possibly imagine the state getting a murder 2 conviction off of lying in the bail hearing. That’s ridiculous. It’s neither here nor there, really, as regards the larger charge. They will have to convict on the actual evidence, and as you say they have none of that.
