The widow of President Ronald Reagan says she is firmly behind Romney. And she says that her "Ronnie" would have liked Romney's business background and what she calls his "strong principles."
In a statement issued after the Romneys' visit, Mrs. Reagan said she believes that Romney has the experience and leadership skills that, in her words, "our country so desperately needs."

You don’t remember all the debates? ALL THE DEBATES. So many we all sort of were blase about it at some point. All the candidates—one after one dropping out after primary after primary. Maybe in the future you can work to help change that process if it is is not working in the way you feel strongly it should. But for now it is what it is an plenty have spoken and the counts are in. If you can round up a new candidate for then convention then more power to you sister. Truly.

Nancy was never a staunch Conservative as Reagan himself was. Reagan loved Nancy with all of his heart... including putting up with some of her weird beliefs.
