My open air range requires both ear and eye protection to be on the range.....no exceptions.

I used to work at a shooting range. Eye and ear protection are mandatory. It's up to the shooter to exercise responsibility for his own hearing and sight protection.
People who can't accept responsibility for themselves should not fool around with firearms!

allowing another patron to fire a loud gun. Must have been the day I took the Mosin Nagant M44 to the indoor range. Then again, it would have set him on fire too. The lawsuit doesn't mention that.
