Kill, conquer, & own. Resistance can die or live on a reservation. The tried and true way. We should own Iraq & Afghanistan as territories at this point. The USA public thinks of the whole things as a TV cop show. We cannot even kill our enemies anymore.
Read recently Bibi was calling for elections. Those elections would be held quickly.
Read after the call for elections, Bibi was reported to have changed his mind and elections would not be held at the present time.
All the above is not known as complete fact, yet if is, here is the opinion.
Bibi was told to back off on calling for elections by all of the various political parties. Something is on the horizon and none of the political parties wants anything to deter or detract those currently in charge of the Israeli Military from assigned duties which all the parties have agreed to. There is consensus, thus elections were canceled at the direction of all political parties.
May God guide Israel's steps.

You probably don't want to know. It's not a pleasant notion, no matter how realistic it is.
How full can our deck be, given who we elected as President?
I hope there is an acceptable alternative that leads to real peace. But if we have not already found that alternative, it's time to conclude that it doesn't exist.
