The evangelical pastor who President Barack Obama calls his spiritual adviser says he's disappointed in the president's decision to endorse same-sex marriage.
The Rev. Joel Hunter of Florida told The Associated Press that Obama called him before ABC News broadcast the announcement Wednesday.
Hunter says he told the president he disagreed with his interpretation of what the Bible says about marriage. Hunter says the president reassured him he would protect the religious freedom of churches who oppose gay marriage.
Hunter says the announcement makes it harder for him to support Obama, but he will continue to do so

Pilot said almost the same thing during the trial of Christ.
“I don’t approve of it” “so I’ll was my hands” ?
He prays regularly with the President.
Last February Michelle Obama visited his church.
When I asked myself why the Rev. Hunter was used by Obama yesterday for a phone-op out of all the clerics in the world, I didn't even have to dig. A congregation of 15,000 souls in a big electoral vote state ain't beanbag. And a churchman calling himself an "evangelical" even as he is endorsing the evil President is like distributing free sweetened iced tea to the Solid South (in the opinion of Obama strategists, of course).
Don't be fooled.....the use of the phone call and the un-Biblical minister as political props was a set-up beforehand.....and the supposedly-spontaneous approval of Obama by the Rev. Hunter was a lead-pipe cinch and pre-planned.
Once again, the public is being fooled by a ruthless, anti-Christian fascist and his minions camped out in the occupied White House.

I would flee this church, this Pastor and this false religion immediately.
He should be preaching to 28 people this Sunday.

Then this man hasn't been paying attention, has he? Has he not read about how this president is forcing Catholic organizations to violate their doctrine and principles by making them distribute contraceptives in their health plans? Where is there any evidence that this president will "protect the religious freedom of churches" when it is clear that he has such disdain for them?
Liking the sound of those "thirty pieces of silver"?
