That we can agree on. A baby is a blessing. Even if she is somewhat unexpected.
My second wasn't planned, but she now has my power of attorney and is the executrix of my meager estate. And she scored expert in basic training with grenades. What's not to love about babies that grow up to be great people?

I’m with you. Supporting and voting for Conservative candidates down ballot is all important. It does make a difference. Lugar is losing to Mourdock, the conservative and Elizabeth Warren, Miss Fake Cherokee affirmative action is like dropping out giving Scott Brown a chance to keep the seat.
As I feared, your call for a truce has been misread, and to Romney-ites previously in hiding on FR have started to monopolize threads.
I cannot, and will not bring myself to vote for someone who does not share my values. I cannot be convinced to vote Romney.
I certainly hope this site isn’t going to endorse Romney’s leftist agenda and start attacking/purging those who won’t support them.
It will have to cease being a conservative website to support Romney.
I am going to give Romney ONE chance to earn my vote...
If he picks a REAL conservative as a VP like Rubio or Palin and not another North Eastern RINO like Chris Christie... then MAYBE I might vote for him ... maybe.... but I will be keeping my eyes on Romney ... and if he even LOOKS left, he will lose my vote forever, and the country be damned.
