Tell me how job discrimination based on a persons private life is “conservative”?
Seriously? Why should I waste my time explaining fundamental concepts of conservatism with you?
It looks to me like you may be rather busy soon with viking kitties.
Is there anything that a person could do in their "private life" that you think might disqualify them from being considered for a job, especially a high-level, sensitive job that affects our national security?
If a person kicks their dog every day in their private life, do you have a right to be appalled by that and decide that the person’s character is poor and therefor you don’t want to hire them?
Tell ME how it AIN'T!
Because the right to "discriminate" is a constitutional and God-given right.
I would not hire someone who drank too much on weekends or was a serial adulterer or who spent their weekends whoring in Sparks Nevada, much less someone who advocated for that lifestyle.
Does your brand of conservatism allow for those people to sue me for "job discrimination" because I don't approve of their lifestyle?
