Axelrod reminds me of the old film black and white pornos from the 50s where the pasty white guy with the Brylcream hair always wore his socks....

Don’t know about anyone else back there, but he’s the kind of guy whose hand I wouldn’t shake.

I doubt that will happen.

Remember nobody at FR can stand Mitt Romney and won't vote for him under any circumstances. Conservatives are supposed to vote the down ticket only for true conservatives. Stand by for four more years of Axelrod, and at the White House.

When it comes down to checking the ballot, none of us will vote for Berry. But we will vote.

I don’t think obama will be in after Nov.

Romney has not been nominated yet so I cannot remark on his winning one way or another. I am one FReeper that dislikes him intensely but as I said, he has not taken the nomination. I am on wait and see mode with hopes Newt takes as much from romney as he can to cost him dearly.

Axelrod spent much of this interview talking over Wallace.

And after he gave a two minute diatribe, Chris promised/reminded him of his 'time to close'.

Better, Chris had said "thank you; you just used your closing minutes". . .

Would love to have had, Axelrod forced to comment on Buffet's 'back taxes issue' given his name did come up per 'Buffet Rule'. Huge opportunity - not taken - to show hypocrisy of Obama,Inc.

Hard hitting; but not nearly hard enough.

No joke...he kept looking like he was fighting off a belch or a vomit. and how many times did he scratch the right side of his nose?

The Buffet rule is just another name for the libtard mentality of altruism and egalitarianism, and envy. Why don’t libtards ever call for a lowering of the taxes of Buffet’s secretary to make them more equal?

Pretty sad that most of us consider ourselves conservatives and republicans but make comments that might get Obama 4 more years.

Rommey is the last candidate standing and we need to get behind him and defeat Obama. OMG - 2012.

You think four more years of Axelrod and Obumbler are bad?

If we are foolish enough to be “pure” enough to stay home, we will most likely have Obama getting at least one more liberal justice into the Supreme Court.
Keep in mind how many recent decisions have gone our way by a 5-4 vote (Heller and a number of others).

Everyone who is so antagonistic to certain Republicans had better understand that with that Court makeup we will be staring at Obama’s face
for a looooong time.

I just watched the entire clip. Axelrod didn't get slammed hardly at all. Chris let him spew his vomit continually unchecked both figuratively and literally.

With that said, I think RedState's already done it but slimeball's last statement said it all - a definite Romney commercial, whether slimeball realized it or not. Romney should take that clip and use it again and again.

Rob - Yeah, for me it's a "larger picture" thing - while Romney may not be a perfect candidate, I'd much rather have him because with him I get a complete cadre of Republicans to lead the Departments and every politically appointed position in those Departments. No more Axelrods. And also likely a better result when it comes to judges at all levels -- from Supremes on down . . . maybe not the best result for judges, but a better result when compared to 4 more years of Obama.

And if we can make progress on the down ticket for House and Senate, then that will tend to move outcomes to the right, regardless of what one thinks of Romney. IMHO.

Yeah; Romney-the-RINO did such a great job of appointing Conservatives to the Courts in MA.......we can count on Conservatives to be appointed from HIS White House....

When you get into a different position, you answer to a different group of people (try the history of Thomas a Becket and King Henry II).I lived in MA for some number of years. It is pretty tough being a Republican governor in that state.

My comment stands. If you are so worried about this, then of course stay out of the vote. It’s a free country.

But to my mind, there is a difference. As president, Romney will at least listen to conservatives. Of course, that means we have to stay in the game, and push him. If you pick up your marbles and go home, he won’t have to listen to you.

Do you think Obama will listen to you? I think he will; as the vindictive man he is, he will do everything in his power to hurt conservatives.

I am particularly worried that his comment about gun control is “under the radar”. In the second term he has no worries about being re-elected.
