Their pizza sucks. Now I know why.

Yikes! I’ve been a supporter of Little Ceasar’s because of their program to help veterans. I guess those days are over. Back to Pizza Hut I guess.

The pizza will be way below the opulent standard of much of what the Obamas partake in. Obama does hamburgers now and then, but probably for the photo ops of him being just like the average person (yeah, right). I wonder if Michelle is going to be upset that this is obviously beneath her five star standard. LCs pizza is pretty poor even as far as low end pizza is concerned.
This may backfire on LCs when it is publicized that they are big Obama supporters. Many Conservatives may stop eating their pizza.

Glad I don’t like their pizza. As with most big Pizza chains, their pizza used to be pretty good, but has went WAY downhill during recent years.
We cook home made pizzas now, which are FAR better. I know of some local pizza places that blow away the national chains in quality too.

So now I guess Michelle Antoinette’s new slogan will be “Let them eat pizza”, eh?
At opensecrets.com it looks like the family gives to all parties. The patriarch, Michael, gave sizable chunks to Giuliani and Romney. His wife likes to give $28K to the Republican Senatorial COmmittee. Most of the rest goes to local pols of all parties (levin, Stupak) and movers (Rangel, Schumer). The family also seems to actually help the local poor as well as legit charities elsewhere (ND flood victims).
These folks also own local sports franchises, so they may be addicted to gov. assistance propping up Detroit as it circles the drain.
More reason not to ever patronize Little Ceasar’s crap.
