I would HIGHLY recommend to Mr. Zimmerman that he task his lawyers with sueing NBC for trying to paint him as a racist and thereby making his defense more difficult.

I suspect he and his lawyers can earn quite a paycheck from NBC, enough to pay for his legal team with enough to live a prosperous life after his trial.

Perhaps they have and that is what initiate their apology. An apology could never fix the damage they did to him.

That's a good point. Since this fraud by NBC could not have been done except deliberately, it shows malice and intent to damage Zimmerman's ability to get a fair trial. Someone from NBC should be going to prison when this is all over with.

The whole point of the "Stand Your Ground" law was to make sure that people like Zimmerman who were forced to defend themselves against violent attackers would not then have to defend themselves against malicious prosecutors at trial.
