Most likely, when the son was shot, the parents had lawyers calling and offering to represent them in any wrongful death suit against the housing development, Zimmerman, the police, and anybody else they could think of.

I believe you are mistaken. Trayvon “Slimm” Martin, the one who got shot, used that dartboard (or part of it) for his twitter avatar. The shape of his face, mark beneath eye, and other features are consistent with other photos of T.M.

We can all see where this thing is going.

The narrative, that Zimmerman stalked Williams and shot him in cold blood, the overzealous neighborhood watch guy, trigger-happy, racist, etc... None of that is going to be borne out by the evidence.

More and more information about Williams, his previous trouble with the law, and how this actually went down is going to contradict the narrative, which is going to lead to an uncomfortable situation where the things that have been said have to be retracted or backed away from.

At that point, responsible people are going to have to hem and haw, and do a lot of “in light of new information” and all that. Of course, the shameless race hustlers will never let it go.

Actually, a lot of them (e.g., the Hispanic being on his back with a broken nose, the Black on top of him beating him senseless, the confrontation occuring back near the SUV) are known because of 3 eyewitnesses and clear physcial evidence.

The only thing that relies on Zimmerman’s direct evidence is how the fight started.

The defense would have the burden to prove an on-going assault to prove self-defense -— this is easy to do.

As a result, to defeat the self-defense claim, the prosecution would have the burden to prove “illegal provocation” by the Hispanic started the fight.

The only evidence is that the Black came up on the Hispanic and cold-cocked him. (Also partially confirmed by the fact that the ultimate fight was back by the SUV.)

The Hispanic seems credible. All attempts by race-baiters to show racila bias (he said “coon”!) have been disproven.

Instead, what we now know about the Black is he’s been suspended from school repeatedly, beat up a bus driver, sold drugs, and was caught with burglary tools and stolen jewlery.

Indeed, it sounds like the Hispanic did a great thing ventallating this thug before he committed more serious crimes.

Please show me a link to real forensic analysis of the tape. I only heard the CNN expert go over what he did with it. It sure sounded like “coon” from that analyss but I ave since heard that they may have done things to emphasize the word.

I’d like to be able to rule it out.
