I’m trying to figure out her name. Clinkingbeard? Is that real?

I can think of a couple of explanations. One, that she’s one of those liberal name-changers, and for some reason she picked that, maybe because she’s a butch lesbian.

Another, that it might indicate Indian ancestry. But she doesn’t look Indian.

Any ideas on this?

Yes, I also felt that it is possible that this is a made up name/name change. I doubt that she has any Indian heritage that would have given her this name. You know liberals, they like to pretend there something they are not.

The only thing that lacks from this article (really) is some connection to the “occupy” folks.

Maybe it’s some sort of Teutonic teaser?

Klinkenbier (German) at Bing translator = jack beer

Klinken bier (Dutch) at Bing translator = sounding beer

She(?) looks Dutch. The D is really a B and with extra help from the beer goggles...

It took 20 replies to comment on the obvious ... CLINKINGBEARD ???

Dances With Wolves, Kicking Bird, Stands With Fists ... all noble "names"

CLINKINGBEARD?

Did the vomit stay so long that the beard ding-a-linged in the breeze like a wind chime.

CLINKINGBEARD?

OR

NO one at Ellis Island laughed so hard that Mr and Mrs decided that was not a good name to have in America?

Anglicization of a Dutch name is my guess. Here's an Ancestry.com discussion in the "Surnames: Klinckenberg Clinkenbeard Clinkinbeard Clinkingbeard etc." section.
