I thought congress was supposed to decide where to spend the money.
Yeah I used to have that same belief but I was apparently wrong.

Oh how we yucked it up when the two ah, er, ummm, classless females talked about Obama’s stash.
Guess it was time for our lessons. Now we know. Rush has been talking about slush funds for quite some time, and I believe every word. Between union dues and the various stimuli, he’s a cash cow, big enough to buy off pretty much anyone. There I’ve said it.
Remember, we still have half of Con-gress to replace this election.
