What will Obama's response to this be? Might be interesting.

And the War came...... The situation is developing so that a war will be going on when the election takes place. And we will have the great man Obama strutting around making speeches........ And American boys will be spilling their guts on foreign soil again. For what purpose?
To: Segovia
We don’t know Iran’s intent.
The title may still be accurate.

I think we know what obama's response is--no adventurous airstrikes and gibberish about democracy and civilian casualties this time around. Just talk, as always, in dealing with Iran.
To: Segovia
First it is already been posted and everyone agreed it was bs, just some hype, trying get americans involved. Iran does not have the navel sources to move that many men and no way to march anyone anywhere.

To: org.whodat
Well, there’s always navel gazing. That doesn’t require the Iranians to do any marching at all.

This is a group effort! Iran hates Israel. Syria is a client state of both Iran and Russia. Lebanon is in the way of Syria grabbing more waterfront on the Med.
Long term, the object is for Syria/Iran/Russia to crush Israel and roll over Lebanon and grab Israel’s super giant offshore gas fields thus blocking Israel from exporting gas to Europe and potentially reducing Europe’s dependence on Russia gas.

Might have been by ship. They have a friendly port at their destination, so you hardly need an amphibious assault force. A single moderately sized merchantmen converted into a troopship could probably move a few thousand soldiers, though not with their heavy equipment.
