Can you understand a judge that was prepared to give the plaintiffs everything they wanted? All they had to do was say “yes” and victory was theirs. If this was rigged why did he offer the default judgment?

There's no proof this judge was ever actually going to follow through. He could have just as easily decided to cite "Arkeny" and make excuses for the Kenyan coward without every holding a hearing. He was probably just trying to save himself the effort of having to make up excuses not to follow actual legal precedent.

So you are a mind reader now? Can you tell me what next week's Powerball number will be - I promise to share.

Can you listen to your self? How many knot are you going to tie yourself into to avoid admitting that Hatfield and the other lawyers make an error in rejecting the default judgement?

Maybe if you come up with enough questions, you can somehow convince yourself that I’m wrong. The judge contradicted himself thoroughly in the decision he issued. No mind reading was required to see that he was never going to issue a default judgment against the Kenyan coward.

GOP is just as corrupt as the dems when it comes to protecting he constituion. GOP mainstream will never get involved for two reasons. One, they don’t want to get rid of Obama and then run against Hillary and two, they will deep six any election effort by Rubio and Jindal who too are not NBC.

GOP rather squat on the constitution then ruin an election.

"Notice how the usual suspects circle the wagons around him?"

Kindly point to any said suspects circling anything in support of that line of reasoning. I'll wait.

It’s not “either/or” as far as who doesn’t belong here.

And btw I have my own conscience, everyone has one, you don’t need to be other peoples’ conscience.

He was included in post #72 as one of the guys ‘inside the wire’ about suspected enemy action.

The post didn't support that “line of reasoning” if you can attempt to call such racist antihistoric drivel reasoning, but I didn't say it did.

This stuff is posted frequently. The poster is a birther in good standing.

He certainly has not been called out on it or cast out of the birther ranks.

Thus my accurate characterization that rather than being condemned ‘the wagons were circled’.

Do you have any evidence of ANY said suspects doing ANYTHING to condemn that “line of reasoning”?

I'll wait.

I did question it.

"I’m of the firm opinion that Natural Born Citizen means a person born of two parents who are themselves also citizens (of whatever kind), and I must admit that I don’t see this “Anglo Saxon” thing. Am I missing something, here? Perhaps it wasn't vehement enough for you, but since I'm relatively (less than a year) new to the forum and wasn't sure that I was interpreting what I was reading correctly I simply said "I don't see this 'Anglo Saxon' thing. Am I missing something, here?" thereby allowing the poster an opportunity to clarify or walk back their remarks.

Post #56 has been removed, so I was only able to backtrack through the conversation that far, but what I did read seems to merely have consisted of arguments about the Founders intending that aspirants for the presidency be of a "Kind" (citizen offspring of citizens, most of whom at that time were in fact white folks of European descent), rather than Consience of a Conservative's and your apparent conclusion that bushpilot1 was expressing an opinion that only whites should be able to aspire to the presidency. I think that accusations of racism have been ijected into this conversation where they are not necessarily warranted.

Clearer?

Okay, it would appear that the moderator felt that the accusations were warranted. I did question the line of reasoning however, as I demonstrated.

It was hardly reasoning.

Or reasonable.

It was something that should have been universally condemned.

It hadn't been until now, but then again I don't think the zotted had ever stated it quite that explicitly before.

A righteous and well deserved ZOT.

It's not the first time bushpilot1 made the argument the President should be reserved for white European descendants.

If you go back and read his stuff, he was always right up to the line, hinting at it, but leaving it unsaid. But a few times, he would come right out and say it...and then defend it.

How can a judge offer to say that Obama is not eligible and then, on the basis of anything other than actual evidence to support the change, all of a sudden say instead that Obama is definitely eligible? Obama added no evidence so what would justify the change in his decision?

I should not have responded to this post of yours because I am still waiting for you to answer:

Did Obama prove his eligibility in the Irion case, and if so what probative evidence did he present?

Did Obama prove his eligibility in the Hatfield case, and if so what probative evidence did he present?

Did Obama prove his eligibility in the Taitz case, and if so what probative evidence did he present?

To qualify as probative evidence according to Full Faith and Credit standards Malihi had to see a paper document with the proper certifying statement and the legally-prescribed raised seal. When in that hearing was Malihi handed a paper birth certificate with those authenticating marks? When did he certify the provenance of the document, including the chain of custody?

Thanks for the additional info.

I read Frederick Douglass' "Narrative" last month. I'd pay good money to hear him weigh in on the idea that the presidency is "reserved for white European descendants". Did you know that he (Douglass) once kicked the @$$ of the "slave breaker" whose tender care he had been entrusted to? The only reason he didn't end up dead for it is because it would have ruined the reputation of the "breaker" if made public, so it went unreported. LOL.

The only mind reading necessary is the mind-reading Malihi did when he “believed” or “considered” that Obama was born in Hawaii, etc when he had no probative evidence on which to base that belief. He wasn’t being asked to read minds or consult his crystal ball - or to claim “judge’s knowledge”. He was being asked to determine the facts of the case and to rule according to the facts. There was no probative evidence admitted into the record so his only choice - regardless of what the plaintiffs did or didn’t do - was to say that Obama had not proven himself qualified and thus the statute would not allow him to be on the ballot.

This very thought of judges deciding on the basis of “mind reading”, crystal ball, or “judge’s knowledge” rather than submitted, cross-examined evidence in the legal record is what WE’RE all crying out against. Not this guy who just signed up to FR last month and accuses you of “mind reading” (after he had asked you why you thought the judge had done something, IOW had ASKED you to try to read Malihi’s mind).

My favorite story about Frederick Douglass was from Booker T. Washington's “Up From Slavery”.

This is the passage.....

At one time Mr. Douglass was travelling in the state of Pennsylvania, and was forced, on account of his colour, to ride in the baggage-car, in spite of the fact that he had paid the same price for his passage that the other passengers had paid.

When some of the white passengers went into the baggage-car to console Mr. Douglass, and one of them said to him: “I am sorry, Mr. Douglass, that you have been degraded in this manner,”

Mr. Douglass straightened himself up on the box upon which he was sitting, and replied:

“They cannot degrade Frederick Douglass. The soul that is within me no man can degrade. I am not the one that is being degraded on account of this treatment, but those who are inflicting it upon me.”

"My favorite story about Frederick Douglass was from Booker T. Washington's “Up From Slavery”.

Funny you should mention that one, because I read that one right before Douglass' autobiography, and it was after reading that anecdote in "Up From Slavery" that I decided to read Douglass' "Narrative". Booker Taliaferro Washington. If more people had listened to that man, we'd be celebrating his birthday instead of Dr. King's, and MLK would have likely lived to a ripe old age. The guy started with nothing and in 20 years had put together an educational dynamo that would be worth $1 Billion dollars in today's money. What an amazing man! He probably would've agreed with me that the founders meant born of two citizen parents for NBC qualification to the presidency; his logical skills were impeccable. ;)
