No one is as blind as those that will not see, the man with three degrees is correct. Who in a court of law decides what is the law and if a person is guilty. The vote of the jury does. The Constitution is confirmed by the peoples vote, the Constitution can be changed by the peoples vote. Once the people vote that is the law. Simple concept. Been around for some time now.

The jury does? LOL have any of these challenges gone before a jury. Judges have lawyered their way out of having to put any of them before a jury.

Are you saying you agree that just because he won the election he is constitutionally eligible? Then I guess you believe if a 12 year old ran and won then he’d be eligible.
