A communist relative of mine explained to me how the birther issue had been settled once and for all. obama won the election so that made him eligible. This from a guy with 3 degrees. I once told him a rectal thermometer has a lot of degrees. I also told him a college degree does not neccessarily prove intelligence.

No one is as blind as those that will not see, the man with three degrees is correct. Who in a court of law decides what is the law and if a person is guilty. The vote of the jury does. The Constitution is confirmed by the peoples vote, the Constitution can be changed by the peoples vote. Once the people vote that is the law. Simple concept. Been around for some time now.

Depending on what the degree is in, it actually demonstrates the opposite of intelligence. I'm inclined to believe that anyone with 3 degrees in something is likely to be a special type of Moron.

Apart from that, Communists don't care that they seize power by hook or crook. Legitimacy is not something they have ever concerned themselves with.
