I’m beginning to understand why Orly keeps getting thrown out of courts. She certainly doesn’t seem very prepared for having done this(or something similar) numerous times. There are just too many “lag times”. She NEEDS a teleprompter.

Is it not important to establish that Obama has a LOT of fakes associated with his identity. Could these also cause problems with his application to be on the ballot?
I’m glad this is in court but Orly is as much a self promoter as anything. Shes lost cases in more courts than you can shake a stick at.
That's what they always say. All of the federal circuits that took up the Presser precedent cite it for the proposition that states are free to infringe on the right to keep and bear arms, and do so by isolating a couple sentences from Presser. It's easy to make a case look like it is compelled by precedent, when you are free to cherry pick phrases.

Not sure this is helping all that much but at least Orly is moving through the witnesses.
One advantage of this is that the stuff is finally getting into the record for all to see and debate.
As odd as it might seem at the domestic legal level, I think the net effect at the international level is an erosion of US presidential authority when considered by people who are outside the arena and who are considering everything from a more politically neutral viewpoint.

Witness owns document imaging company, 18 years in the industry. His opinion of Obama’s birth cert. as posted online. Orly leading witness - jeez.
Witness found “white lines” artifacts, indicating fraud. Witness describes how “masking” in document imaging is detected. Document presents inconsistencies that refute that it was simply scanned. Manually administrered date stamps are not likely to appear in exactly the same spot, though docs compared with Obama’s were precisely aligned.
Further inconsistencies with another doc from 1961 created by a typewriter show inconsistencies comapred with Obama’s. Taitz nudged by judge to resist leading the witness.

Otherwise, it is your unqualified opinion. Or as the Court of Appeals would say - “conclusory, non-factual assertions or legal conclusions” that I do not accept.
I am on record saying that Wong Kim Ark is a horrible case. I believe something else was going on to make them come to that conclusion. They even refused evidence that would have shown exactly what Congress meant.
The oral argument in Nguyen shows that the current SCOTUS might or might not come down the same way as Ark.
Yes it is important to get out all the facts and details, but the order, strategy and approach to presenting all of this was not well planned. It was put together by a team that is well versed and well studied in the whole Obama background. With ‘expert’ witnesses who are also very close to the evidence.
It needed someone to put together the evidence in a factual documentary format so a novice to the evidence could follow it.
In my opinion Orly is the wrong person to be ‘presenting’ this evidence

I totally agree with you. It is frustrating to see the way this is all being presented. I know Law Students who could do a better job at it. But Alas, Orley is all we have. The only one brave enough to take a stab at it.
I agree. Why is this all important to what is before the court. She is approaching this from a true birther approach, and yet I understood this to be a case of Natural Born Citizenship? Am I confused on what the case is about?

10:49 - Tenth and last witness from Taitz. (*son?) US immigration enforcement veteran with experience in doc fraud.
Witness says Obama’s SSN, when run thru federal database says was assigned in 1977 to a resident of Connecticut, when Obama was a residnt of Hawaii.
Obama birth cert serial number is out of sequence compared with Nordyke twins. Obama’s cert shows different Registrar which is suspicous. Evidence warrants investigation.
Some suggestion that, if Obama was a natural born citizen, there should be no problem with producing documentary evidence to substantiate that status. Witness suggests lines of investigation that should be followed to resolve the evidence discrepancies.
