My maternal great-grandfather,who came over here from Germany in the early 1900’s,was a Lutheran minister. He baptized me,which has been rendered null-and-void.
He’d probably be shocked if he knew that I converted to Judaism.
He died in 1982 so he obviously does not know.

Yes, you are totally right. The sooner people who are hating what is going on in America realize the solution lies with God and God alone the sooner we will once again become a civilized culture. It takes turning from our sins, lots of real prayer which is true communication with God Almighty in Jesus Holy Name, fasting and going out and preaching the Gospel to every person. We have to start to realize that nothing is more important than this. We have to stop letting our lives be swallowed up in materialism and television. It is that or lose our Country and ourselves.

I drove a school bus in Palmer, Alaska. Our limit was 44 people on board. This story can’t possibly be accurate.
Sue the bus driver,the school and the parents of the kids identified and involved.Sue them until they bleed. This is madness.
Good point... I think a lot of us are operating on the assumption that it was “back in the day” when kids actually seemed to CARE if you got in trouble - only a few of them got further out of hand than that. Maybe once a year - and not to this level of violence either.
Heck, even watching the cops deal with those Occupy people at times ran into the same thing. You can’t effectively deal with an out of control group of people when you are severely outnumbered and your presence isn’t warning enough to prevent this type of behavior in the first place. I’d bet that some of these kids aren’t afraid of what would happen even if the cops came - these sound like the types of kids who’ve been there and done that and the punishment for whatever they were busted before wasn’t hard enough. They aren’t “testing boundaries” or “Rebelling” - they passed those stages years back it would seem. This is most likely a result of these kids not having ANY truly healthy boundaries set in regards to their actions - usually because their parent(s) have no understanding or experience of what a healthy boundary or responsible parenting even is (unless the kid is TRULY a sociopath, most of them aren’t).
