That was wasteful. If she didn’t like it, she should’ve sold it and bought or built elsewhere.

I know she got a lot of money from Woods and all, but wouldn’t it made just a tad more sense to buy a vacant lot and build from scratch?

11.7 million dollars? Peanuts. She demolished Tiger for, what, half a billion in endorsements?

Heck, I would have given her 500 bucks for it - instead she had to pay to get it torn down. My offer would have been a winner for her!

Article is flase.I’d say conservatively that the HOUSE itself was worth no more than $1.5 mill..most of the value is probably in the land..doesn’t say how old the house is, or what condition it was in..it was nice, but not architecturally distinctive..many times, indtead of a major renovation, it’s cheaper, easier, and faster.. actually to tear it down and start from scratch

It’d be a hoot if the authorities refuse a building permit, in order to protect the coastal environment.

Idf you really want to see an exercise in stupidity, just Google Derek Jeter's new spread in Tampa..it's like $45 mill..has a basketball court..shoe-horned in on a small lot on Davis Island..exclusive area, yes..but the hous'es footprint is like 90% of the property..

If he wanted to sell it today, doubt he'd get haff the price..if you're gonna spend that kind of $$ on a home, you'll want it the way YOU like it..

Remember when Mike Tyson spent about $30 mill on some place in CT...including the hideous renovations..he rended up sellign it for about $5 mill..and I expect it was soon torn down..

After building the new house, she should run for the senate. After all, it worked for other women with no abilities...like Pelosi, Boxer, etc, etc.

There’s a palm tree that blocked the ocean view. Nothing else you can do but tear it down.

Must be nice to have that kind of money to waste. Sell the house, give the money to charity and build yourself a new place, somewhere else. With this kind of attitude, I am not surprised Tiger was fooling around.

She must have checked the place with a “Blue Light” and saw evidence of Tiger in every room. He WAS banging everything that moved.

Being divorced I can only imagine he is like Johnny “Human”seed sowing “fields” everywhere he goes.
