Overall, I thought that debate was rather lackluster.

The only candidate who really didn't do well was Ron Paul with his typical frenzied Code Pink-style ranting.

Michele Bachmann could have backed off of the attacks some...she doesn't pull off the “pit bull” stance well at all.

Everyone else did OK, but there wasn't really any fire. Just my opinion.

From an Iowans perspective it was great. Everyone’s fully engaged right now and deciding. With Palin not running and Cain out, I’m bouncing between Perry and Gingrich. Not alot of flair but down to brass tacks which is what most of us here are looking for right now.
