You do know that Egypt and Jordan aren't oil-producing nations, right? But beside that point, your plan is basically to spend US tax dollars to pay those nations to absorb the Palestinians, is that right?
All their wealth comes because of oil. Without the oil, they will be as they were for hundreds of years—before all their obscene wealth from oil-—desperately poor and insignificant. They benefit directly because they are muslims and because of the oil in the Middle East—doesn’t really matter—that oil money feeds all the Muslim countries.

Next I suppose the pope will state that Jim Jones was also one of the greatest preachers. It makes the same amount of sense.
